Anna Lee of Ruby3 is honored to present her annual Kentucky Derby collection – a delightful array of fascinators, brightly colored felt hats, straw sun hats and cloches. Anna collaborated with illustrator Allegra Lockstadt to feature a sweet character illustration of a few key hats that comes with purchase. These illustrations show a glimpse of surprises for upcoming collections.
